For almost three decades, Brian’s Beer and Billiards has been serving up beer and good times in abundance. Opened in the “early Reagan” years as a tavern with a difference, owner Brian Fairley blended what he learned at Marie Callender’s and other restaurants to make a “beer bar” that is clean, fun, and provided its customers LOTS to do. Brian’s was an immediate success, among the largest beer selling bars in Orange County.
Bus trips to professional sports, close ties with CSUF sports,
in-house pool tournaments, dart tournaments, over-the-line, three on three basketball, ski trips and golf tournaments gave its loyal customers a reason to drink beer as well as a great place to do so.
Brian and his wife Liz, operate the business with the help of long serving employees, many of which have as much as two decades of service. Recent improvements have made the Brian’s experience even better, while retaining all the old flavor of this well seasoned bar. Popular with CSUF students, business people and locals alike, you never know who you will find in Brian’s very friendly environment.
